With over 15 years of experience of wedding ceremony performances, I offer the knowledge, professionalism, & grace that one would care to have in a wedding musician. I can sing music spanning multiple genres to fit the personality of the happy couple.Anything from classical to country, jazz or pop...I've got you covered.

- Prelude: Welcome music that lets your guests know where the ceremony will be located. This can start anywhere between 15 - 45 minutes before your ceremony begins.
- Processional: The formal entrance of family, attendants (bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, etc), and the beautiful bride
- Recessional: The formal exit of family, attendants, and the bride & groom
- Postlude: The music played after the recessional, as your guests exit the ceremony area.

FEES, PAYMENTS & POLICY
Payment and Cancellation Policies
$400 - Ceremony Music Fee (includes a consultation, all ceremony music including guitar accompaniment and sung solos)
$200 - Soloist Fee (includes a consultation and UP TO 2 sung solos during the ceremony)
$50 - Extra Solo Fee (if you choose to have more than 2 sung solos, this fee applies to each additional song you choose)
$50 - Outside Musician Fee (if you choose to use an additional instrumentalist or vocalist, which requires extra rehearsal time, this fee applies)
$50 - Rehearsal Fee (if you require that Karla attends the wedding rehearsal, this fee applies)
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100 (due seven days after receiving this contract) made payable to Karla Kincaid is required to guarantee the booking of this event. Remaining balance shall be paid at the event. Payment is accepted via paypal, cash or check.
If the client cancels the performance, they must directly contact Karla Kincaid at least 30 days prior to the event. If the performance is cancelled within 30 days of the event, there is a $100 cancellation fee, due within 14 days of cancellation.
